any one know where i can get 3 spoke 17" * 6" gsxr rear wheel ready to fit on my max?

No....

But I do know where you can get a very nice FZR 1000 tri-spoke ready to mount.

It's like this topic gets brought up about every 3 months...nothing GSXR, unless ebay or VTurd.

Why try to invent the wheel when it's not broken???

Mine is on the bottom of this page left and right, the purple dinosaur with the COO FZR wheel. 17x5.5.

The front is 2007 Hayabusa with 99 GSXR SRAD forks, and you can tell no difference setting still, much less rolling.

Tires: Shinko 003 120/70/17 front & Shinko 003 200/55/17 rear

Foxx, did you consider a diversion XJ900 rear wheel with a Winks spindle kit. seems to be popular mod in the UK.

Alot of info on it on the vmaxchat site.

Just thought.

ye looked at xj option but doesnt match my front rim close enough (gsxr1100 front end) maybe im just too fussy .

thanks for the offer much appreciated,but i should have read my emails before last couple of posts, kosman just replied to my enquiry and gave me a reasonable price on modifiying a 17" dymag wheel that i have.so its going in the post as soon as i get it off the bike. just hope the workmanship is as good as i hear or its going to be a long swim across the north atlantic to kick some ass.

I have owned 2 Kossman wheels (Non Vmax) they are A1 Qaulity, you wont be disapointed with the workmanship.

Was that before or after you sawed your swingarm in half and ran the stock 15" wheel without boxing the notch???

If this is the same Neil (Maybe Rex Rocker)....

They have like 3000 cigar boxes with 1 cigar in each box from the 30's & 40's in the shop loft. Guy is real nice, but crazy! Shop full of toys and corvettes, guitars, bikes.

He gave me a 1985 engine without question a few years ago and lives about 75 miles from here. Medication was not an option when we visited a couple years ago! He;s deeply medicated to start. Had all kinds of dime bag guitars that he let me play.
