Just a few of my current favorites! Got my Dillon RL 550B set up and running full force to feed these girls. And they are some hungry ones!

My next build is going to be a .300 blackout suppressed, probably SBR as well (Louisiana now allows hog hunting suppressed:eusa_dance:) . Then i'm going to build a Rem. 700 for a distance gun. Just gotta save up and sell a lot of ammo.

What all are you guys shooting?

Nice! I love that Kimber. If I were to get another pistol, it would be a Kimber.

There are quite a few of us that shoot. :th_biggun:

My 2 -.22's A ruger 10/22 and a old glenfield .22 single shot. My first rifle I got when I was 4.

Then its the Glocks, Model 21 (removed the red dot) with built in laser, target barrel and some trigger work. Model 23 stock w/ laser

Besides the .22's there is the rem 870 w/ vancomp barrel, and the .58cal flintlock
Savage 116 in .300wm flavor. During sharp shooter training, you could litterally cover the groups with a dime.

As for wheel guns there is S&W models, (.357)60, (.38)28, 29, and an Alaska State Trooper commemorative .357.

Last is a High Standard Derringer in .22mag flavor.

That S&W 29 is gorgeous KJ! A great looking group of firearms you have there!

My wife is shopping around for a .357 revolver. Actually, I wouldn't mind one myself now that I think about it.

I can't have any, I would have to a shoot morons. I then would run out of ammo. When I was in the army I qualified expert for the M16 and 9mm, on the M60 and 50 cal. you only need to 'hit' the target to qualify. So I can have fun with a rifle, pistol or a machine gun. I believe that everyone should know how to use a weapon, but everyone does not need a weapon for various reasons.

Buy Smith and Wesson or Ruger .357, you won't be sorry...

Agreed......

I have a Ruger SP101 .357, nice little 5 shot pocket gun...And have never had a S&W that didn't have an excellent out of the box trigger..Have several, some scoped that I shoot deer with, nice bench rest pistols too....amazing what a scoped wheel gun can do at a 100 yards on a rest...
Also a nickel Python (Was Dad's), a Baby Eagle .40, a Glock .40 full size (don't care for plastic guns too much, took it on trade when selling a truck) and an old Model 10 .38 S&W that I think was a factory hot rod version of the Trooper models, a .44 Desert Eagle, A model 12 Winchester 12 Ga. and a very rare matching (to the Model 12) model 42 .410, a Ruger Blackhawk .44 scoped, and a Ruger Vaquero .45LC with the birds head grip and a 4" barrell (one of my favs for plinking), and an older Glenfiled .22 Semi-auto rifle ....nice little rabbit gun
I have a Dillon square deal B for feeding time, although honestly I don't do much range shooting anymore so haven't used it in a long while..

My next guns going to be a Ruger Mark IV Traget gun, I love those things.....

One of these days I would like to start acquiring some assualt rifles, had a few in the past but sold them long time ago...

The two guns I regret selling more than any others were a Franchi SPAS-12 Semi-Auto/Pump Assault 12 guage and a Pre-Ban Norinco that was actually chambered in .223, haven't seen one like them since...didn;t even know they made any AK types in .223

I have more guns than I can probably count but here is one of my current favorites.

.44mag Super Blackhawk Bisley Hunter with an UltraDot Match Dot site.
With my hard cast lead handloads this gun will do 4" at 100 yards off of a rest.

1967 .44mag Super Blackhawk (Old Model). This one spends most of it's time in the safe.

Nice!!!
Especially the 3 screw model, hang on to that sucker...

4" at a hundred with a scope is my experience with just about all my .44's when scoped and a load properly developed.......Something in lead and subsonic usually does the trick.....I did find that loading lead and going over sonic would foul the hell out of the barrells

When I had a scope on the Desert Eagle .44 it suprisingly would also shoot that well, with factory loads (after trying several different styles, makes, loads etc) i didn't think a Semi Auto hand gun would do that.

I would say that I am just pushing the low side of supersonic. My hunting loads are doing 1362 fps at the muzzle. Gas checks and bullets properly sized to the bore keep the leading somewhere between minimal and non-existent.

Those DE pistols are extremely accurate. I think mostly because the barrel is fixed into place unlike a 1911 or other similar auto where accuracy is a function of the lockup of the barrel and bushing. I have heard that they are really finicky about ammo.

That Old Model is not going anywhere any time soon...

QUOTE]

The .50 I use to have was, didn't like anything but round nose bullets.
It was just too damn expensive to shoot enough to truly enjoy, and my Dillon at the time didn't have dies available for it, (not sure about now)
The .44 not so much, I don't think it's ever had a feed or ejection failure.

My Dillon press is invaluable! By far the best money i've spent in a long time. I go to the range a few times a week. And with all the ammo i sell, i still manage to shoot for free and pay for most of my other toys.

It will be with me for life unless i upgrade to a better dillon press.

I have 2 AK47's one is a true Kalashnikov the other is Romanian my favorite is my Mini14 that has been fully converted to Military specs, sight rails with optics and laser sights I shoot tracer rounds through it. I have a 1944 Mauser and a 9mm Carbine that will drop some ass!! I also have a Chinese riot shotgun that carries 7 rounds. The home protection that my son likes is a .410 shotgun cut down to 11" and it shoots .44 cal slugs. We love our guns here in Texas!!!

I love Mini 14's, pretty underated guns I think. I used to have a stainless with factory folding stock on it, wish to hell I hadn't have sold that one either..........

Whats the 9mm carbine, is it the one ruger was making?

I shoot just about every standard issued military weapon on a regular basis. Ammo is free, and I'm the armorer, so "test fire after service" is a direct order and definitely the biggest perk of the job. The .50 cal there is my bitch. That baby can hit a target through 1/2" hardened steel. My favorite weapon is the MK19. It would be awesome if they made slugs for it!:punk:

MK19 is a glorious weapon system! We burnt through a LOT of 40mm in A-Stan. And a shit load of 7.62 for the 240B. I would have to say my favorite has to be the 240 though. It's just so damn smooth!
