Its bling, they fill that little area above the swingarm pivot point.
No other purpose........like my whole bike LOL

And I don't believe they correspond with the production number either. There were some GenII owners trying to get the badges that matched the last 3 numbers of their bike. Don't know how many, if any, were successful with that.

also in Canada I have number 24. but my Vin number ends 78. they should much.
