Wire Shaft in the crackshaft..?

Hi All....I?m trying to get all the things clear to start rebuilding my engine...and I note that i don?t have this part...



What is the function of this part?

Could someone please take a close photo and some measurement of it so I can build one...?

it's an oil flinger and not 100% sure of it's true engineering function. I can always mail one in the post which won't cost too much.

I believe it helps keep the stator cooler.

I think it could regulate the oil pressure coming from the crank so it does come out from the bolt hole and keep the pressure in the journal bearings?

It mixing oil inside crank and prevent sludge(?) from dirt oil also help with better oil flow.
