Won't take throttle

Hey guy's I need some help I have an 86 VMAX 1200. It was running fine and gradually it got to where it had a hesitation . Which turned into the way it is now, idles rough and dies when you try to throttle it at all. What I have done--Sent the carbs off and had them tested on another max and they test good--replaced the coils with cops it has good strong blue fire---new spark plugs twice---replaced the ignition box, same problem, HELP:bang head:

Have you checked the charging system?

i YES , IF YOU HAVE A LOW VOLTAGE CONDITION IT WILL DO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING ! .. YOU CAN JUST HOOK JUMPERS FROM YOUR CAR TO YOUR BIKE , YOU WONT EVEN NEED TO START THE CAR , THEN SEE IF IT STILL DOES IT !

i WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PULL OUT THE CHOKE ?

Another thing to check would be the fuel and air filters.
