Hello Have 99 Vmax it came with air pods the 2 back ones have tubes going to them and are very brittle can I just use rubber hose for them ?

Sure. Vacuum hose will work, measure the I.D.

Is there a hose on the oil filler cap?

Not sure but there are 2 nipples on top of carbs with nothing on them bike has stage 7
