How? Stretch it?

Also that snap ring was a BITCH to get out!

And I sprayed some WD-40 in there before I read to never never never use petroleum based stuff in there. I didn't get any on the new parts, can I just clean the thing out really good with brake cleaner?

:clapping:I did it!:clapping:

Just stretch the mofo til it goes on.

Now I cant get the snap ring back in!:damn angry:

So I took off the slave cover thing(lots of oil, yeah!) and looked back by the slave and it's obvious it's leaking...so that's probably my problem right there.
I don't think the PO every changed it(17K), there was sludge in the reservoir..
Putting on a ss line as well, might as well do it all.

Well it's too dark to see, will continue tomorrow.....

Blah, still not done. Clutch handle really hard to pull, but wouldn't engage gear until almost all the way out and then it was slipping. Opened reservoir and it was only 1/3 full, topped it off and it seemed worse, I could hold it still with my legs when the clutch was out. Went in to the street to try it, did a tight slow turn and since there was no power could not get out of the turn and dropped it. Luckily only damage was clutch lever. So gotta get new lever, bleed more and see where I am.:damn angry:
