Slide it forwards, disconnect front fuel line and then backwards and disconnect. Reinsert new one and BAM!

Do i need to put any gas into the new filter before?
No. Just start the bike for a minute and check for leaks.

Awesome thanks for the help. Last question. I want to put some seafoam in the hose AFTER the fuel filter. Or is there a better spot to put seafoam in the fuel lines? I put a pint on the gas tank and it feels better already
Gas tank is fine. You could use a syringe or something and put some in the float drain vent hoses.
