Odyssey battery charger. Batteryminders for all 12v batteries

I want to post a follow up after receiving my Batteryminders charger.

So far, it has lived up to its claims. My old unapproved lead acid car charger would only charge my PC 680 up to 12.5v then jump back and forth thinking it was peaked then trickle. My new batteryminders charger has brought my PC 680 up to 13.5v and holding. :clapping:

I also have one of these. Which I haven't used yet.

My only complaint are the instructions. They suck. But if you call 800-379-5579 X206 on Tuesday or Friday and ask for Dave he will tell you the condensed plain English version in about 5 minutes. And he's hilarious.:biglaugh:

13.5 is very very good. I let mine set overnight and then check the voltage.. My charger won't meet yours for charge... Good Info...

It may be snake oil. But batterminders desulfator is what caught my attention. If you read the reviews all over, many people claim it brought back batteries from the grave.

Great post, I bought the Oddessy battery last fall and was wondering if my car charger would work on it. I didn't think it would charge it to full potential, glad you were able to confirm it.

What brings back dead batteries is charging the shit out of them for a while. We get batteries at work that went dead over the winter, then sat dead for months. The "smart" computer chargers just say "error" and won't charge them. Put them on the big wheelie charger at 40 amps. Initially it shows virtually zero amp current.....after a few minutes it gradually starts to rise to 20-30amps flow. Hour later and the battery tests a-ok under load.
