Yes there are a couple different colors. Boxenstopp has a carbon fiber ($75) and SS ($44) covers. I have seen matte and gloss black covers too.
The cover could probably be painted easy enough if you wanted a custom color.

Also real easy is to get 'carbon look' sticky vinyl. You just get a sheet of the appropriate size, stick it over the gauges, cut it to perfect shape, then peel off the backing and apply it as carefully as you would with window tint, and it'll last a long time and look great!
