What year was it removed from? Mileage? Spin a bearing or actually break/throw the rod?

Yes and no. Shipping is going to suck but not terrible. The block is going to be junk (even with spun bearing only). So, heads and covers are whats left. If it broke a rod then one had is going to have damage more then likely.

How would he know what's wrong with it, it clearly states it has not been opened up yet. Pig in a poke for sale here.
Hole clearly visible in the engine case.
