In memory of all my fallen friends and family. In particular my best friend who died a few years ago. You are gone but not forgotten brother! This one wasn't planned, but just happened. It balances out my demon. I planned this to be healed by Thunder so I don't do what I did...

    Shopping for first 1st gen!

A zx14 or concours 14 is probably your best bet if you want power, comfort, reliability and no maintenance. A Gen 1 isn't very comfortable even if you replace the seat. It's the suspension, egos, and old technology. For quick around town bopping it's a great bike. But long distance it's rather...

    Lane splitting in California

Its fine in Europe, but you still see people in cages get all bent out of shape. Just like in Michigan, when there is a closure in a lane, people can't just merge, you always get one ******* that has to be the policing person and puts his car half way in the lane to block people. Like they are...

Its little things like this that take up time. Had to machine a new nozzle for the media blaster. I ll make this one last longer by heat treating it. A little scaley, but its only a media nozzle, I wont clean it, just install and go.

Yes its a curse and a pleasure all at the same time.... Late last night, I wrapped up at 3 am. Still have the rh side scoop to do. Since I couldnt find someone to trade my mint factory black scoops for a set of workable scoops. I stripped them and they are ( 1 ) kromezone powder coat. Looks...

    Ugly Gen 2 Vmax

The Gen 1 scoops throw it all off for me. They don't follow the lines of the bike. I think thats what kills it for me. They look like they are just thrown on.

Thanks! This is only a stress relieving hobby for me. So hence the reason you don't see a full time production of parts for sale. But I ll have somethings at Thunder with me. Todd
