New agm battery installed….fixed.

Sean told me awhile back the 86-93 1300s are the diffs to look for.

That’s probably a Kuryakyn one….I had one like that before I changed the bars

I haven’t yet….it has to sit directly against the throttle housing to work properly. That would necessitate either changing the sleeve or grinding down the raised portion of the stock one. I’m not ready to go thru all that yet.

I’ll give that a go…..I bought this bike in January….I don’t think there was much “maintenance” done to this battery before I got it considering what you have to go thru to get to it. Thanks again

More info…..battery checks at 14.4 and is only taking like a 5.0 amp charge….doesn’t seem bad by the numbers to me….again 🤷‍♂️ After it was on the charger for a short time it did turn over more than it had been….not enough to fire tho…the charging continues 😀

I jumped the starter relay…..looks like it’s the battery🤷‍♂️

So went out this morning to go for a ride and this was going on…. Battery is on a tender when I’m not riding. Any thoughts?

Here’s what I use….Yamaha OEM I’ve been told. Not as sexy as the fly or the Givi screens but not terrible either IMO.

They’re good lookin seats for sure….built well. ride well and tons of options. You couldn’t give me a Corbin 🤮

I was looking for a throttle lock to replace the Kuryakyn one I couldn’t reuse after replacing bars and grips. Saw a lot of reviews on an Atlas lock but at $155 that wasn’t gonna fly. Found this copy that as far as I can see is pretty much the same thing for $16.99!!!! It’s solid and made...

I’ve been on motorcycle forums for decades…there will always be posts you may not agree with…..it does no good to become confrontational. In fact in most cases it’ll get you booted. lighten up
