    if they needed parts......

The main thing that bugs me on this bike is the whole angle iron bracket for the solo saddle seat mount. The uncovered electronics are just icing on the cake. Of course, my FZR streetfighter is quite unfinished at the moment, but it is also not on the road :P

    Attitude

Last year when I was quite a bit heavier than I am now I was riding 2 up with my wife (who is not a small girl either. ) Some tool on one of those overpriced "custom" S&S powered choppers that looks like everyone else's custom was revving at stoplights, trying to impress cages, weaving in and...

    Vmax commercial from the 80's

I think it was intended as an in-dealership promotional video. The kind of thing they would play on a loop on a little monitor kiosk somewhere on the showroom floor.

    Oh Crap..................

My wife has her CC and carries a compact frame 5 shot .357. ( I have yet to get mine. Time to get in one of the classes with my schedule is a big factor) That being said, she has said even though she has her CC she doesn't know if she would react or freeze if in a situation where she was...

    Need some advice !!!!

Suzuki also used to market that same model under the name 650 Savage. They are good little bikes and if she ever decides she wants something bigger you can keep it and get one of the sweet aftermarket cafe kits they make for them.

    V65 Monstrocity

The power lost with those open headers probably counteracts the weight lost from all the stuff shaved off it.

    Fun at bike cruise ins...

I stopped in a mall parking lot to help a kid jump start a Ninja 250. When I was done some dude in a car stopped and and gave me the old " I heard they outlawed those things" line.

    MPG last tank

My last 2 tanks were about 46.5 mpg highway riding at 70 keeping it out of the boost. The trip home, same route but an "occasional" run into triple digits to pass some traffic netted me about 45 mpg. Either way not too shabby. (Bone stock, stock exhaust, haven't messed with A/F screws yet, could...
