I followed the directions exactly as they said. Calibrated the tool, but even that was getting pretty close to peaking the meter. Restrictors are in, so I have no clue.

Hi all! Question about the motion pro carb sync tool. I'm using the # 08-0411. I was trying to sync them today, got the bike warmed up attached the tool, but the fluid damn near goes to the top of all the meters. In some of the vids I've checked the meters only seems to be going about 3/4 up...

I changed my oil today :), but now my tranny is slipping. It was fine yesterday and I used the same oil as always, Shell Rotella T 5w-40. What did I do?

After what the genius did to my bike in the parking lot I think I want to get some frame sliders. I'm not sure which ones to get though, I've seen the ones on COO's site and a set of Delkevic on ebay. I'm just curious what anyone has had best luck with? Thanks

Nope no camera, there are tire marks in the snow so I've been comparing tread patterns with the neighbors. All I know is I should have had a lower deductible :( Anyone have a good recommendation for replacement parts?

I had a guy come by today and give me a backrest for free! He saw the Max parked it front of my store and came and found me. We chatted for a bit about his old Vmax and an FZ1 he used to have, then he told me he had some scoops and other parts he was going to bring by and give me. Huzzah! :D

I'm pretty sure it's the light, there is only a small amount of space (about 2 mm)between the top of the headlight and that aluminum piece under the speedo. Everywhere else has plenty of space around it. I've tightened it pretty good, but there is still a little side to side play.

Not a real bad rattle, and only when I hit speed bumps or any good jolt to the suspension. I tried some foam on top of the headlight and that seemed to soften it a little, but it's still really obnoxious. Any ideas?

We rode up to Estes Park, CO today. Went around the Stanley Hotel and took Devil's Gulch back to Fort Collins, great road to ride BTW. Here's some pics.

I almost dropped the damn thing! I hopped on and realized I needed something out of my car, I went to set it back over not realizing I had already put the stand up. I was already past the point of no return, so I slowly set her on the peg and muscled her back to vertical. Holy crap she's heavy!

Speaking of these plug wires. Where is a good and less expensive place to buy stock type replacements. I'm not ready to try this COP mod quite yet.
