150-90-15 VS 140-90-15 rear tire

Buddy is giving me a almost new tire for the rear of my 95 vmax, but it is a 140-90-15. how much difference is there than a 150-90-15. With, highth,? Will it be very noticable that is is smaller? Thanks guys.

140/90 - 5" sidewall, 24.9" diameter, 78.3" circumference 150/90 - 5.3" sidewall, 25.6" diameter 80.5" circumference 2.8% difference

I thought the 140/150 referred to the width of the tire in millimeters?

So 140mm = 14cm wide, and 150 = 15cm wide. 1cm difference, but yes, diameter and circumference will also be smaller.

You are correct. The 150 will be a hair wider but also taller because they are both 90's

mite put a 140-90-15 on the back of my 95 max instead of the 150-90-15. will it look cheesy. will it be really noticable? Thanks.
