Yes, I have this part coming but not sure it fits my 2000. Now searching for Yamaha part #'s 1FK-14638-00-00, Collar / 1FK-14747-00-00, Damper Muffler / 36Y-14747-00-00, Damper Muffler. These items are on back order or discontinued. I need a miracle or a little engineering technique here to find suitable fix. Finding heat resistant grommets that fit the bolt and muffler bracket sounds difficult. Waiting on the muffler stay to arrive to see if I can use. Thanks for your help. John

I should have a number of good used parts on hand to pick from if you are ok with used. Email me at [email protected] with a screenshot of the parts you want to make sure we're on the same page.

Sean, thanks for your help and your video's ! My bikes previous owner removed center stand attachment brackets with a cut off wheel. There is a small square box shaped piece with hole in the bottom that is welded to the frame. I'm hoping that's where the center of the muffler attaches and holds the muffler stay. All I have to go by is the parts diagram. I do have (36) 1FK-14771-00-00 Stay,Muffler (38) 36Y-14747-00-00, Damper (39) 1FK-14747-00-00, Damper coming from ebay.

Parts I need now are: (40) 1FK-14638-00-00, Collar
No parts needed now, [email protected] saved the day. Many thanks to Sean Morley and forum members.
