You could drill-out the holes a bit. Or, use a K&L rebuild kit, mentioned above. The cost of the OEM gasket is probably close to the cost of the K&L kit. Your air bleed screw should do something now, with the 37.5 pilot jet in the carburetors.

So this is what happens to the Chinese rubber jet block gaskets when they soak in your carburetors and gasoline for a day....
