Does anyone know where the front hose coming off the bottom of the airbox connects too? Or should it be unconnected for proper airflow? When I took the airbox off it was loose and also at the very top where it connected to the airbox it was kinked badly to the point of where air probably was not flowing through the hose.

It's a breather and runs down to the center of the engine between the jugs. It HAS to be hooked up or it's sucking unfiltered air.
The front is just a drain nipple. No hose necessary.
