Anyone with a 200 rear tire having any issues??

a shinko 200 might even fix the issue. they're usually narrower than the metz of the same flavour. redbone has a 200 shinko verge, perhaps he could get a birds eye measurement of the width. my info shows me a 200 verge is 7.87" wide by 25.87" tall.

Width looks like 7 5/8" on my Shinko Verge 200 but is by eyeball so an caliper reading may differ by a slight margin.

eyeball can certainly change that .25"~ would be interesting to see what mark says his width is.
