Setup a great ride on Friday at Thunder in a area that wasn't even his home town. Strictly a google map organized ride. Not to mention local rides feom last year.

Re: Award Request for Vmax-Mike!

For sure ! As a participant I can say it was one of the best rides I've EVER been on. Not just for the scenic routes that Mike Chose, but for the Knowledge he had of the Rt, never was there any question of" which way do we go now" Mike knew the route and even had options if we wanted to change it up do to time constraints.

We left ON TIME which is rare at a VMOA event. The first hour or so was pretty foggy and we all had to keep clearing our face shields. Once the fog cleared it was a beautiful day. With some runs through the mountians that were amazing.

There was some ball busting and I didn't get to shift as much as I would have liked But It was a GREAT RIDE with a good group of guys. Thanks Mike

Yes from me, and if he doesn't have a nice guy award yet I'm sure that should follow. Although my thunder trip had its issues meeting Mike and the others made the trip worthwhile.

After working with him on one of his shirt designs for thunder, I can say the man is thorough, meticulous, and loves the Vmax. He has definitely got my vote. :punk:

Hell yeah, I'm surprised as well that he hasn't already landed that one.

Re: Award Request for Vmax-Mike!

Just for him helping a broken down brother he gets my vote. But it sounds like it was a great ride and well planned. Yes ++++

Re: Award Request for Vmax-Mike!

Mike is a hell of a guy. He has helped me out with many mod questions and he keeps this form and the rides Lively. He has my vote.

Re: Award Request for Vmax-Mike!

Thanks guys. Im glad you liked the thunder route so much as did I. It was some of the best on road riding i have ever done. And i did it with some of the best people. That goes for all of the rides i have been on. You guys are a great bunch. Yes that was my bike i was working on (drive shaft broke) and the first time around i had alot of help from Todd Lee Brian Tom James and i think some others. I remember standing and looking at my bike with the wheel off and drive shaft out waiting for the guy who always comes through for all of us (Damon) and thinking wow what a great bunch of people. Everyone that walked by offered help in some way. Im glad i slid the shaft in wrong the first time because now i know how to change a drive shaft right the first time. You guys stay cool and dont ever change a thing about yourself. Thank you...............Vmax-Mike.
