Get a war dialer, give him an ear full of static every few second on every phone he has. Start it running at 3am and when he finally drags himself to work, he will have to deal with a phone that won't stop ringing. Try and scam someone now, numb nuts.

as much as I hate to say this. I do know a person who owns several telemarketing companies. his auto dialer can be a living hell. (unless you buy some magazines. LOL)
