I recently bought an 07 model I wanted a 1st Gen so I spent 2 years on and off checking around until bingo 2007 Super Clean Max, how does the VIN read? Like is there a Code of numbers/letters that would tell me how many can after her.

The 1985 model year, they sold about 8,800 USA spec models, after that, the #/year was reduced. From what I've read, something like 2,000/year is likely. Other markets may include multiple countries, so possibly higher serial #/VIN's may be found. The VIN will indicate what market the bike was built.
