Firefly mentioned this a long time ago but if any of you are computer savvy try emachineshop.com you can create a design and have them make it on their CNC

Not sure how the programing is these days but for making one piece on a CNC machine it would cost mucho bucks, especially a complicated design.

Hadn't thought about those---- I don't even know what they look like as I had no interest in buying them. Any pictures of the kit??????????? Why not aircraft grade aluminum????
