brake master ?

i have a 95 max i got in a accident and the brake master is leaking, i found one online for decent but its off a 86 model, anyone know if this will work i know most parts are interchangable but ive also seen some year seperations for other parts

This is no place to screw around in my opinion. Buy a new assembly from either one of the people here like CaptainKyle or Sean Morley-Morley's Muscle. Just the reservoir ass'y. is not that much and your life depends on it. Or try one of the recommended Yamaha dealerships who sell parts reasonably.
