Nice one Rick!!! Did a 4th gear, 50 mph, rolling burnout on Toxic last weekend. Even have a witness as Trevor was behind me and saw the whole thing!! Back end started trying to lead so I backed out of it. New tires are a wonderful thing LOL......

ok I might as well join in LOL this was not a rolling burn out and back when I had glasses...

Surprisingly enough. I have yet to really light up the rear on my Max.
On my FZR I used to preload the the front end and tiptoe all my weight off the seat to light the tire. That and since it's a rev happy little 600 I usually had to hold it about 5K before popping the clutch. I'm sure the longer, lower, heavier, torquier Max doesn't need to rev quite that high to break the tire loose.
What do most of you find is the sweet spot for dumping the clutch for a burnout on a Max?

Took percie for a ride today, the first pic is second gear ,the second pic is first and second, just cant see all of second:biglaugh:

That's where the Expense is too ,This one got really Squirrley, almost let out of the throttle, almost !

Nice job Rick, Percie is is a real burnout king! Hmm, Mable could smoke up a tire pretty good too though, I think I see a pattern here!
I not sure I'm going to be able to afford burnout on Redbone anymore!:damn angry: I mean the Shinko 170's were just $80, now my 200's will cost either $153 of $235!
The cost of keeping up with the burnouts (I mean that in the best possible way, really I do!) is getting pricey!!:biglaugh:
I haven't even tried a burnout with the new 200 so I don't know if Redbone can even turn that bad boy!:confused2::ummm:

Im starting to get the hang of it.

No clutch or brake action here just cracking the throttle from a roll....in 1st. That's with a real sticky 240 wide tire too. Could have speed shifted 3rd and gone a bit longer ......but spinning the tire at 80+ mph starts to get a little dicey.

Very nice......i'm getting a camera soon and that'll be one of first views I can't wait to capture!!...I imagine mounting a bit lower though to get the tire itself in frame......This is gonna be awesome......

Nothing special, just me heating the tire before a pass.... My bike doesn't do rolling burnouts with the 200/50-18 Shinko on there and me being heavy, if it's cold out I can sometimes make it break loose from roll but it just barely spins.. It just hooks and goes usually which is what I wanted it to do :biglaugh:
