Are you trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist?
We have had fuel with some ethanol in it for some years now and I don't recall ever reading of anyone having issues with it damaging the 'rubber' elements on the bike. If it was a problem then I'm sure it would have cropped up here by now.

Also running the bike without getting all of the engine fully up to operating temperature is not a good idea. It will take some miles of riding before this happens.
During the warm-up phase condensation will form on the colder components until they are at a temperature that prevents this. The condensate contains all sorts of nasties you don't want in the engine.
If you are trying to prevent the idle circuits plugging up then either use a fuel stabiliser (my preference) or if the bike is to be laid up for any length of time empty the carbs.
