Instead of running 2 lines from each of the maxes coil feeds in other words the constant positive side and the pulse side ,,can I just run one line from one coil(the constant hot line) to all the stick coils and run 1 1 ohm resister instead of 4??

NO.
All four cylinders would fire at the same time if you did that.

im talking about the constant power that goes to all the coils at the same time,,not the pulse which is the one that fires the coil..

That's how the cops harness that came with mine was from the factory, before I disected it.I plan on using two positive feedsf or the sake of wiring neatly, but either should be ok.
