Hello Tim.
The factory resistor caps are required in order to reduce/eliminate RFI noise
which can adversely effect the digital functions of the Dyna 3000.
When doing this type of coil conversion, and using 4 individual coils, be sure
they each have a primary ohm reading of 3.0 ohms for the best possible
performance.

Negative. I would say tops 2 ohm. The cops are always around 1 to 1.5 ohm and stock iirc is 2.5 or 3 ohm
Edit: I misread it yes total 3 ohm to match stock so add whatever you need to cops

Hello, here's why you should consider upgrading from your factory ignition coils/wires to the COPS. My '06 vmax only had 10,000 miles on it and this is what my (2) front coils looked like.

It would act like it wasn't running very smoothly and was somewhat hesitant in the lower rpms. I just removed them and I'm in the process of installing my new COPS. I can't wait to see the difference!

mine cured all that you say.
when cold it would run ok,but as soon as she warmed up funny things would start to happen.
