(yess yess, i know i know...there are a million fit issues....i was just pointing out the prices...there isnt much you can do to a steel cylinder after all)

quality of the steel liner will be a huge issue. What metals are each one made of? The ferrari liner actually looked Nikasil coated. If you need liners I am sure I can come up with as many used ones as you need (of course I also sell new ones through LA sleeve).

i think i was premature in that price comparison...an afternoon at dalton sleeves and a few other guys pretty clearly shows that better= costlier...

I was amazed to understand chrome moly was weaker than nodular iron sleeves for instance...i hadnt realized that...

Iv been screwing around with wet cylinder ideas...bore sizes in the 94-96 range... haha....its a mess.... thinking about casting my own top half "super block"... there is a lost foam casting foundry near here....hmmm...hmmm ...
