I saw that on the news yesterday,the chimp,or whatever,really got PO'd when they shot him with a tranquilizer dart.......thats when he went after the lineman......scary stuff

I would prefer not to mess with any creature that only gets agitated when plugged with a tranq dart. Theres an ex-wife joke in there somewhere.

I think I would have gone up in that bucket from a point about 15' further back, despite whatever 'orders' came from my supervisor! "You want me closer? Show me how to do it, I'll take the observation point on terra firma while you elevate yourself into proximity to the ape!" Why couldn't they wait until the simian unconsciousness happened?

Chacha was definitely pissed after getting the dart. I was amazed at how well he hung on after the drugs kicked in. here's the video...
