Dynojet O2 optimiser + Gurued flash

Do I need it or can I just unplug this optimiser? I have PCV + Autotune along flashed ECU, and I understand how this set works but this O2 optimiser is bit of a mystery to me (PCV installed by po)
Does it affect flashed ECU in any way, or does it run richer because of this optimiser?

EDIT:
Well I just took it off, going to ride it tomorrow and see if it has any affect on anything.

Thanks for this post. My vmax's previous owner installed PCV + autotune (I just found it when taking the ECU out). ECU is on it's way back from Nashflash. What did you end up doing with the PCV? Do you think I should keep it installed? I'm not horribly interested in playing around with it

I'd keep it, to be able to fine-tune ... if you don't want it ...
