The Air Fuel Ratio, I'd question. The actual HP and TQ for the mods you have are in Range.
My 94 is modded and detuned via the ECU. HP and TQ about the same. 42 MPG.
My 89 is modded and tuned and makes way more power but gas mileage is in the 30's.
