ECU reflash or Power commander V?

Greetings to all.
i have just bought a Gen2 Vmax, after owing my Gen1 for 20years and still keeping it.
i am thinking to have my ECU reflashed/reprogrammed in order to take away some of the restrictions or to put power commander V, for the same reasson.
According to your experience what is the best way, with better results?
is there any good technician in Europe who is reflashing ECU's for the Vmax?

If you're with one or the other, go with the reflash. It does a lot more than just adjust fueling. But, even Tim Nash says using a PCV can give even better gains with a reflash.

If you can get it flashed by Tim Nash you won’t believe the difference, you need to be gurued.

The flash is the best first step. Tim Nash is highly recommend.

The flash and PC-V work well together. The flash gets 90% while the PC-V gets the last 10.

Iam just wondering if there is any experienced technician in Europe, for this purpose, as the customs in Greece double the price of the package.
