Okay, soaked them for 24 hrs and still the same... It sucks but I guess they are coming off as soon as I get some time.

I made a video of the bike running after I got my carbs gone thru by Dannymax but never posted it, actually I forgot about making the video. I had just got thru synching them and had not idled the bike back down. You can see the smooth running of the beast and throttle response the carbs have now.
