Yes he is.

The "interesting" thing that has been found, were emails with the state.gov email address, and emails that come back to Hillarys server. That was done with a scan.......WITHOUT opening any emails. So something interesting was found, and it was enough to reopen the case.

Well actually the addresses aren't surprising. Emails have header information that is used for admins to see all how an email was routed and delivered. Header information is seperate from the information inside the email. I was considering making a post explaining how most likely Clintons email situation was configured. One part being she and her state department staff most likely had a mailbox on state.gov servers a with forward set to go to her private server. Her staff would have mailboxes there too because it's pretty common for someone like a Secretary of State to have at least one person help managing their email and calendars.

Why they would put a mailbox on state departments servers and set a forward is so Clinton and her staff are listed in the state department's directory or the more accurate term is Global Address List(or GAL for short).

You can do that a couple of other ways as well, but the way I just described is very common. In a case like I described above that both address would show up on the emails in the header information. And Huma Abedin did work for the state department under a special government employee arrangement. And she's Clintons right hand woman -- she most certainly had a mailbox on Clintons private server as well. So those state.gov + HRC's personal server emails could very well be soley to/from Abedin and not involve Clinton at all(in theory).

Again, not taking any sides here. Just email is my profession and I do have quite a bit of experience with it including in government and dealing with both unclassifed and classified emails.

Sounds like Clinton has taught her well on both how to carelessly use email and as well as feign ignorance of her own use of it.

I feel bad for her....betrayed first by her husband sending nude photos of himself (with their young son laying in the bed beside him) to some 16 yr old chick....and now it looks like HRC is setting her up as the 'goat'.

Maybe that's not the way it is, maybe she's a crooked *****, bad as or worse then HRC, but if not....then she's gotta be contemplating a magnum sized bottle of 'neverland' pills!

Either way she's in a **** situation.

I don't think Clinton will throw her under the bus. I think if anyone understands how a husband can really **** things up for you, HRC probably knows better than anyone. Plus, I suspect since Abedin has been such a long time active Clinton staff member... if anyone has a bunch of dirt on HRC -- it will be Abedin. So Abedin has leverage there as well.

As I understand it, Huma Abedin had a work from home situation when she was with the State Department. Not surprising she would have possibly used a laptop her and her husband shared. Pretty typical in "work from home" scenarios and your assigned work laptop has issues -- they go to a backup.

She probably setup her Microsoft Outlook(email program) on that laptop for her mailbox. The default setup for Outlook is a cached mode. So it effectively downloads your entire mailbox locally to the PC. The mail is still on the server too, but its local as well for smoother/faster experience for the user.

If the FBI did their previous email investigation correctly, they should have cataloged all of the emails. Each email has a unique header ID they can key off of. So they can run a compare of header IDs from this new batch with the previous emails and at least see if these are duplicates.

It wouldn't surprise me if some of those missing 30,000 emails might be in there.

“Right now, she is being protected by a rigged system. It’s a totally rigged system,” Trump told supporters in Michigan. “You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days. You can’t do it, folks.”

Yes you can. You can eliminate duplicates of emails you reviewed in previous investigations in just a couple of hours by keying off of the message ID. Then out of what's left you can look to see if Clinton is even addressed in the emails. Then you can go through whats left after that using e-discovery tools that give you a lot of power to run queries against the email. So for example, since classified information often have classified designates in the email, you can quickly find any emails that have those designates in them.

Heck, all of that I just mentioned can be done in one day, by one person. Trumps response isn't surprising. It's what I figured would happen as his side was filling in the blanks themselves regarding Comey's letter last week.

That's reviewing each e-mail in under two seconds. How about just the fact that she illegally used a private server & broke the law? The evil hand of Clinton has a far reach.

She is obviously untouchable, more so than any individual of our time, any boss, any diplomat or and white collar thug. There is nothing she can do to end up in any legal trouble. One day she will run out of juice and pay, but probably not before continuing "Obama's legacy".

Just knowing that shes going to expand Obamacare should have voters running the other way. None of this makes any sense.

Every email has a message ID that's unique to that email. There are tools that can give me the message ID of all 650,000 emails in under an hour. I can then compare that to the message IDs of the emails they've reviewed in their previous investigation. Heck you can do that compare in Excel in a matter of minutes. Then you can eliminate any emails that aren't even addressed to Hillary because remember this isn't her mailbox they found these in. They were someone elses. I can write a script that says "Show me any emails addressed to or from Clinton." Again that script can do that in probably 30 to 45 minutes for 650,000 emails.

From what I've read just those two conditions eliminate the majority of those 650,000 emails. Now you're dealing with a smaller number of emails that can be searched/review pretty quickly. There's a whole suite of tools developed for this sort of specific task. They've been around for many years.

My point had nothing to do with her use of private email server. I was specifically addressing the ******** Trump was floating about it's not possible to review 650,000 emails. It is absolutely possible. Once again Trump has no idea what he's talking about.

Kronx is speaking the truth, I personally could easily go through 650k messages using off the cuff scripts in a day since the amount of new data is likely rather small. I am no fan of Clinton but I am ashamed of my own party's appointed representative as well. Just looking forward to Wednesday when all this **** is over with so the party can begin working on plans to save and gain seats in the house and Senate. Since Clinton will likely be elected the Republican party needs to do its best to make her a lame duck.

After the 8th the looming uncertainty will be over but this circus is going to rage on in the public eye for awhile yet. Trump isnt going to just go away and Clinton will be warding off those speaking the truth until she is (hopefully) impeached. This drama is only just beginning.

Im not D or R, but I would like to see R as majority in Senate and House for lack of any better choices. Whats got me rattled is what will go down with the SCOTUS vacancy. I read that they may hold a hearing for Garland out of fear that Clintons pick could be even more liberal than him. He presents as a moderate but its plain to see he would be bad news. I dont doubt that Hillary can find a worse nominee, maybe a complete bleeding heart liberal. I guess they could dig in and leave it vacant for the next 4 years or until impeachment of Hillary. I guess Im just as concerned about SCOTUS as I am about POTUS. A least with POTUS we know were ****** either way but there may be hope for SCOTUS, which is a win we could really use after such a tragic election year.

Well she can't pardon herself now, time to watch her world burn.

+1 Tom. I'm all for a pardon upon conditions. They, the Clinton's of course, never seeking public office again, for a pardon, is fine with me.
