Flywheel cover won't come off

Anyone have any tips on getting the left side flywheel cover off of my '91? I've removed all eleven bolts but no luck so far. I'm trying to replace the starter clutch using the instructions found here.

Flywheel has a good amount of magnetic pull so will take a bit of effort. Tap around the gasket area with a rubber mallet to make sure sticky gasket isn't holding it up too.

Yes it will just be sticking on the dowels and held in place by the magnets. It should rock a bit north to south (not east to west) and come off the gasket, the dowels and the magnets.
