Front Suspension Upgrades

Front: Race Tech Gold Cartridge Emulators and Straight Rate Springs. I went with 0.95 with 20 wt Synththetic. No Dive. Smooth as Silk. Worth every penny.

Rear: Progressive 444 AIS. Feels like surfing the asphalt.

I want to remove the air preload and go with manual adjusters. What is everyone running, what are the best ones to use?
