So things are running. Synch is improving, but I've got what looks like raw fuel pumping into #4 (right front). It's like a constant dribble around the needle while the bike is running. It's not backing up out of any of the air holes. I'll make a video in a bit but I'm only in town until tomorrow (packing up house stuff and doing porjects) before going back to Virginia for probably 3 months before my next visit.

All the slides move freely.

Possible causes; float level too high? main needle & jet seat are warn? If you are using aftermarket needles check the clip settings?

Just had the float levels set at the shop last week (not enough time). New parts in there from Danny. I'll look at the clips. So it has nothing to do with spark? This sucks. I'm so close...

If it's not a prp lem with the float being set incorrectly, I'd say the needle and seat are leaking on that carb.

Looks like this is gonna have to wait until March. That's really aggravating. I should have done the bike work sooner in my trip.

Hmm. I'll have to walk Kim through the process over the phone and get back to you, Danny. If it does, is that a stuck float? And if only when running, float too high?
