hi all
2019 max 16 k on it change oil April 10 2023 and use yamalube 20w50 and ride only 500 miles . Bike on stand and if start it and just let the wheel run in all gears , the oil window will show oil light brown and will be clear in about half hour. See pics . It’s winter in Northern California but it don’t snow here . Is it normal to this brown color ? Your suggestions pl

If the engine oil doesn't get up to full operating temperature due to short journeys and/ or being 'warmed' up there will be a build up of condensation. This will give it a milky appearance which is what I think you are seeing in the first picture.
Once up to normal operating temperature the water will boil off and the lubricant returns to its normal colour.

Moral of this story?
Only start the bike if you will get it up to normal operating temperature.
