Hmmm,what are my choices for shocks?

I have a set of 12.5" Progressive 440's that I picked up new on Ebay for $150.00 and they are a great shock for the vmax.

Sort of a continuation of this thread except I have just bought a set of xjr 1300 rear shocks for $140 delivered and I would like to know what is involved in fitting them to the vmax?The bush sizes are 14mm top and 10 mm bottom .So do I push out the bushes and fit mine or is there something else involved? Agreed. I am using these shocks also.
