That is a very sweet exhaust setup! Why not post that bike project up on the Fabrication, CNC & Projects. So you can look back and see what you did and when. We like pictures! We can steal your ideas :biglaugh: ... Just kidding.

lol.. well i;m attempting something which i dun see much of in this forum.. haha i;m intending to do a street fighter for the bike and have posted my progress on the www.customfighters.com forum.

i didnt really post it here cos i wasnt sure if it was gonna sit well with you guys here since you guys seem to really love the original lines of the max.. not that i don't.. just that my project isnt exactly max looking haha..

well jus for starters.. i'll post up a pic of the swingarm i have been working on... will do a more comprehansive thread in the section u recommended turbovmax. Thanks for the compliments anyway!

I like the idea of a single sided swingarm on the V-max. Biggest problem for me is the shock location. Most mount it much like the stk rear shocks and it looks absolutely horrible IMO. Others stretch out their bikes and put it up front like most OEM monoshock applications. Though this looks good, i don't want the added wheelbase. Or i guess one can move the tank and put it there, and i like that idea, except for where to relocate the tank at?
I REALLY like your placement of the shock. I could really like that! Of course, the bracing would have to be different to be able to keep the tank.

hey.. thanks for all the kind words and compliments. as mentioned eariler, i took the route of re designing the entire look for the bike... for the tank, i'll be using a fazer 1000 tank, making it fit the frame and placement is like where a typical motorcycle tank is. ok.. i think i will post up a thread in the projects forum.. dun wanna confuse readers as this is the exhaust sub forum.. lol.

For myself....I love the original lines of the bike and will keep that. But....I also love looking,seeing, listening to everyone's mods. So keep posting :eusa_dance:

hey thanks for the compliments!!! hahah yeah.. singapore is a FINE city... any damn thing u do thats not in accordance with the laws result in fines... hahha... its a really nice safe place i gotta agree.. but boring.. its a pity that what i'm building now is extremely illegal.. i have not posted any pics of the build in my local forums... authorities are lurking in there and its as good as suicide if i post it there haha...

BUT!! the response i get from overseas forums is good!! lol!!! and that encourages me to do more.. so .. thank you again for the compliments! unk:

non standard number plate sizing - check
non original lighting - check


wow.. i feel like a criminal!! lol

all the mods i'm doing now to my bike will warrant for an immedieate de-registration of the bike and possible destruction of the frame if i am being caught using it on the road....
