When watching a video about installing these, it says to knock out the little "tab" at the end of the coil. Do I want to do this since this is an oil passage or will the bolt not even go that far down so there is no need to?

thats a good one, i wouldn't knock out the tab, unless you could get some needle nose to bend it off? not sure that would work. how much does the bolt stick out thru the manifold?
