Is there a relay on the coil?

Im firing on 3 cylinders.
Front right no spark.
Coil ck ok, plug wire ok, connectors tight....
What is this? A relay?

How do I ck to see if working properly?

Assuming the carbs are in sync, plugs are good, plug wires are good....you must have an '89 or older? Did you test resistance of pickup coils?

just the RF wont fire

Was it mounted forward of front ignition coils?

yes I think its the kickstand relay
But that would effect all cylinders?
(i have fire at 3 of the 4 cyl)

Usually if side stand relay goes, the starter turns but no fire to any of the four spark plugs. Did you try swapping plugs? Try bypassing sidestand relay by removing black wire coming out of side stand relay. Doing the same to black/white would work too.

I checked my notes and found the following tests of the sidestand relay.

- Sidestand down, neutral: no continuity at b/w to black (1.41V at L/Y)
- Sidestand up, neutral: no continuity at b/w to black (.34V at L/Y)
- Sidestand up, not in neutral: no continuity at b/w to black (.34 at L/Y)
- Sidestand down, not in neutral: continuity at b/w to black (12V at L/Y)

Update.
switched coils working to the no working circuit.
The one I thought was bad works on the Known working circuit.

I know all coils work properly.
I know the stand switch is working.
I know the circuit that fires my RF cylinder has an issue.
Key on has power at all coils.

yet no fire at cylinder

Just unplug the sidestand relay and see what it does, that relay can cause all kind of weird things to happen

Has anyone experienced IGNITOR UNIT (TCI,BRAIN..ECT) failure on 1 circuit,
and the others worked?

I would have thought if there was an issue with the side stand relay then it wouldn't just affect one coil.

Before you start delving into the ignition unit have you checked the continuity of both the wires from the CDI to the coil?

I haven't read where you pulled & checked THAT spark plug yet ??? I had a cracked ( small ) plug one time that drove me crazy trying all sorts of other fixes until I closely inspected it.

coil resistance, good
Coil contanuity, good
Coil + wire side, good.
Coil - side wire to TCI, good.
That leaves use at TCI
Anyone know how to test TCI?
(TCI fires 3 other plugs)

Best way way to test ignitor is to either swap with a known good one or to use an oscilloscope to make sure there's a signal coming out of ignitor to each coil. A high end multimeter might be able to work too.

As I understand the TCI is a two part system,
Igniter and pickup coil.
Does'nt seem that 1 circuct would fail at Igniter.
Are there 4 indvidule pickup coils?

Yep, there are four individual. Two coils per box. One box is for front cylinders and other is for rear. Did you test the p/u coils? When using black as common all four measurements should be about 110 Ohms. The test I mentioned above verifies the "box" is sending the signal to the ignition coils. You can do the same to the inputs to the box to verify the p/u coils are sending signals.

I tested 5 pin connector underseat comming up from motor.
Using black as common all four measure 100 Ohms (CRAPPY METER)
