Longer Cables

I want to raise my handlebars and need my cables to be 6-8 inches longer. I live in the Baltimore/D.C. area. does anyone know where I might be able to get this done? I don't trust the dealer to do this.

I can sell you the brake lines and throttle cables needed. They have to be custom made though.
