I had problems with the pilot circuit, I did the shotgun twice and it improved a lot. I adjusted my mixture screws by "ear" as I completely forgot to note where they were. The two front cylinders asked me for about 2.90 turns and the two rear ones 3.50 turns. Apparently everything is going well, 100 miles to reserve light, sometimes less if I punish it a little.
The curious thing is the idling, I sometimes observe some "crashes" that I didn't do before. Look at second 35 and second 48 and you'll see what I'm talking about...
My question... is it a spontaneous cylinder failure? Should I check the spark plugs even though they are not a year old? Thanks a lot guys, this forum has always been great.

Are you referring to a needle 'drop'? I would say that if it doesn't interfere w/the riding, put some miles on it & see what happens.

I'm glad to read you Dr. Fire!! If I refer to those drops in the tachometer...I can assure you that it didn't do it before, much less after a 40 mile trip like when I recorded the video. Maybe I'm paranoid, because otherwise everything is going well, maybe the pilot circuit is still a little stuck, which may disappear with a new shotgun...and it will be the third

Dannymax or Traumahawk or One2Dmax or CaptainKyle, or Firemedic other could explain it better, but there is doohicky (coaster enricher) with a diaphragm on the side of each carburetor. I believe it enriches the fuel mixture when you let off the throttle, so there is less popping on deceleration.

Your coaster enrichers might be OK, yet still make a slight anomaly when they transition from open/close.
