M109R thinking of a V-Max

No, honestly over anything longer than an 1/8th mile, it would be a lot bigger than you might think.

BTW here is a post ( post # 26) )from another forum, from a a new VMax owner that had a M109R previously. I thought about you when I read this.

Oh, is yours a Gen 2? Yeah, that would be a slaughter... I did not even realize that this was in the 2nd Gen forum. Silly me!

I've got a buddy at work who bought a 2013 M109R and he thinks it is the baddest thing. He's insisting we drag race after work one of these nights. I'm pretty sure I'll half track him. Just for fun I'll let him launch first, then I'll blast off.

I have raced several of them on my Gen 1 & had no problems walking away.

They are no slouches.....one of the fastest "cruisers out there. Looking on YouTube it looks like a good rider will run in the high 11's at about 110 mph. A few tenths and and 5 - 8 mph slower than a Gen 1 with the same rider.

There is a very nice turbo kit available for the M109. $4250 will give you 176 RWHP and 147 lbs of TQ. And that's on only 6 lbs. of boost!

If you could pick one up cheap, you could have quite a beast for under 10K.
