I was out riding on sunday (eatin some harley's) When out of the blue my bike developed a miss in the front right cylinder. It only shows up above 5000rpm but then stumbles bad . Has anyone had or heard of this ? Plugs all look good. need ideas thanks Mike

How do you know it's the right front cylinder? Are you seeing a weak spark?

It could be dirt in a carb, or it could be electrical. Make sure to check all your HT leads and spark plug caps. It can help pulling the HT leads out, cutting a 1/4" or so off, then rescrewing the caps on.

Mine did the same thing after some high speed runs. Its trash sucked in the carb, Seafoam took care of mine, it took several tanks to get it out completely.

Had a similar issue on my Yamaha 4stroke snowmobile. Was screaming across a lake and suddenly lost power, only running on 3 cylinders much past 1/2 throttle. Idle and mid was OK. I actually cleared it by putting the choke on full and holding it WOT for a bit. After like 10 seconds, it suddenly "popped" and screamed to life running great, and it's been fine since.
