I used to deliver Race Fuel all over Texas, '04 to 2012.
There was a Fella off Las Vegas Trail in Fort Worth who had million dollar Dirt Bike Collection. We delivered 55 gals of 111 from Chevron Phillips. 2 gals for every bike. That stuff made any dirt bike run 15 degrees cooler.

Alcohol as a fuel also makes an engine run cooler than will a gasoline engine. Offenhausers ran on alcohol, they were designed for it. Many years in the post WWII era, entire fields at the Indianapolis 500 were Offenhauser-powered vehicles.

On a Vmax with methanol (alcohol) you can eliminate the radiator). Had that on the drag bike as well as pulling tractor.

None , not one bike but praying for a lottery hit or a miracle then I will have my collection !
You don't need any money when bikes come for less, than they go. And when you leave 2 bikes parked next to each other, they turn into 3 bikes and so on!!!

As for me, the most important thing when maintaining a bike is to monitor the condition of its tires. This is really important. Because the level of comfort when driving your bike depends on it. The degree of wear of motorcycle tires directly depends on the type of bike. For example, chopper and cruiser motorcycles wear out the rear tire faster. This is due to the fact that both during driving and during braking, the main load falls on the rear tire. The opposite situation is observed in sportbikes: the tire mounted on the front wheel wears out faster. You can find great tires using sticky-stuff.co.uk .

Love that seca 900. I had one decades ago. Same color scheme. My collection now is a 97’ vmax, 99’ Vulcan nomad, and a 86’ eliminator 600 project for this winter. I find myself looking at bikes for sale way too much. 😆

I did know that he had a rep as a bully. That takes alot from his legacy to me. Still a fan though. I am also a fan of his kid Robbie. He never got the credit he deserved. Always in Evels shadow.
I read a biography on him. kind of a “piece of work”. I’d say a narcissist at heart and needed attention. But hey, people remember him!

Between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Evel was taking a yacht he'd leased down the Intracoastal Waterway, which separates the barrier islands (Pompano Beach, Ft, Lauderdale Beach, Dania Beach, Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, Miami Beach) from the mainland. He came to a bridge in Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale metro area) and when the bridge tender, in-charge of raising and lowering the bridge for passing vessels navigating the Intracoastal Waterway, didn't open the bridge quickly-enough to suit Evel, he waited to pass through the opened bridge, and then he pulled his yacht to the seawall, where he moored long-enough to go have a talk with the bridge tender. He brought a baseball bat with him, and he forced his way into the bridge tender's office, and broke the bridge tender's arm with the bat.

Add another conviction to Evel's record.

I’ve been trying to pick up a Valkyrie, and customize it. I’ve seen some photos of them, and it’s a 6 CYLINDER!!
You won’t regret it. It’s a lazy boy on wheels and it PULLLLLLS. It’s a flat 6 boxer engine you can put a nickel on its side in top of the cylinders, turn on the bike and rev the piss out of it and it will stay upright. It’s so smooth and silent too. I had a RIDICULOUS sound system and 6 zones of LED lights on it. I’d get to a light and be like is my bike still running or did my 2 batteries die? Rev the engine NOPE it’s just that smooth. I eventually put straight pipes on it to resolve that problem and make it sound like a muscle bike. I’ll upload some files later when I get back to my computer.

Here is Sound system mods. I was rear ended at a red light in miami (not surprises there) and the factory truck was cracked. Insurance settlement replaced it along side a settlement from being sideswiped on 95 in miami (again normal day in life in miami.) I Got an aftermarket Custom box made for sound and had 2x 10" midwoofers, 2x 8" subwoofers (all ground zero brand) a 2nd lithium battery & 1200w amp in that box alone. The factory 3" speakers got upgraded to 5" & added 2x tweeters & a 400w amp up front.
