I like both the Diavel and 2nd Gen Max. I think the Diavel is better looking, it will certainly handle better, and would probably be the better all around day to day motorcycle. If I had my heart set on one or the other and I was writing the check, it would be the Diavel (or more than likely, Ducati's Streetfighter).
